A Step Ahead Pediatric Developmental Services, Inc. is a private organization in Southern California that specializes in providing an excellent infant stimulation program to children 0 to 3 years old with special needs and/or at risk for developmental delays. Our Mission

We are committed to supporting families with children (birth to three years old) who are regional center clients by providing the highest quality of educational services to meet the client’s IFSP objectives, in a collaborative, family-oriented, culturally aware, nurturing, and compassionate natural environment.

Our Goals 

- Assisting families in understanding the early intervention service system, regional center early start education program, caregivers rights and responsibilities, and IFSP components
- Enhancing the growth and development of children with special needs in the following areas: physical, cognitive, language and speech, psycho-social, and self help including feeding
- Providing community resource and referral to appropriate services/consultants as needed
